Useful follow-up should create less work.
We start with the tools and habits you already have. If your reminders work well, or quote volume is too low, an ongoing service may not be worthwhile.
Find the actual gap
Map a recent enquiry and quote. Identify who owns the next step and what, if anything, gets in the way.
Keep your team in control
Agree the wording, timing and stop rules. Technical answers, prices and commitments stay with the roofing business.
Decide from evidence
Separate activity, replies, confirmed jobs and cash. Measure administration on both sides before adding more automation.
Start with a small diagnostic.
Review the quotation process before committing to an ongoing service or a new integration.

What happens after you send a quote?

The actual first-pilot workflow
One business, 14 days, up to 20 open quotes. Agree a baseline and customer-controlled register; prepare at most two restrained reminders; your team approves and sends using its existing eligible system; stop on replies, objections or closed quotes; review outcomes and time spent.
No unattended sending, technical roof advice, booking integration or extra-job guarantee. Your team owns replies and commercial decisions.
